How do I care for Sashiko?
Hand wash is recommended; avoid soaking, bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer. Dry it flat and iron on low heat.
What's the difference between the Sashiko shawl and square?
The shawl is a light crepe chiffon and the square is a soft lightweight chiffon, both finished with a baby seam and a metal pin.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
