Points expire after 12 months without a purchase. A claimed voucher expires 6 months after you claim it if unused.

How do I sign up for the TP Rewards Programme?

Existing customer on tudungpeople.com & registered customer at TudungPeople Boutiques, you will be automatically enrolled into the TP Rewards programme. You will be assigned a tier - White, Black, Gold or Platinum - and a list of benefits based on your purchases made in the previous 12 months.

If you do not have an account, you can create one for free by clicking Join free.

When will my tier status be downgraded?

White Card: Your tier status will never expire.

Black Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM2,000 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.

Gold Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to Black or White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM5,000 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.

Platinum Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to Gold, Black or White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM10,000 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.

How do I earn TP Reward points?

You can earn loyalty points by signing up for a TP Rewards account, engaging with us on social media, sharing your product reviews, and by successfully referring a friend to us!

You will also earn 1 point for every RM1 spent online or in-stores.

*Note: Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via Vouchers and Store Credit will not earn points as well.

When will my TP Reward points expire?

Your points will expire if you make no purchase for 12 months, no matter what loyalty tier you’re currently at. Once you redeem points for a discount voucher, the voucher will expire 6 months after redemption if it is not used. For example, if your last purchase was on May 10th, your points will expire on May 10th the following year unless you shop again before then, and a voucher redeemed on July 23rd will expire on January 23rd if unused. So don’t forget to use them!

Can I sign up for TP Rewards account in-store?

Yes, you can. Scan the TP Rewards QR code found in-store to create your account online. You can always approach our friendly retail staff for help! To access your loyalty benefits online, sign in or sign up for a TP Rewards account using the same email address you gave in stores.

How do I redeem my TP Reward points?

You can redeem your points on the "Claim with your points" section of the Rewards Programme page.

Online redemption: Your points can be converted into discount vouchers to be applied at checkout. Once you've accumulated a certain number of points, you can claim your discount voucher in the "Claim with your points" section of the Rewards Programme page. This voucher code can also be used in-store.

In-store redemption: Our staff will assist you in redeeming available points for discount vouchers once you have accumulated enough points.

Will my points be included in Refunds?

Unfortunately, points redeemed cannot be refunded as it has been used accordingly.
