Are Signatures shawls see-through?
Most are Level 5 on our opacity scale, totally opaque. Some are Level 3 (semi see-through, needs a double layer) or Level 4 (almost opaque, no double layer needed), so check each product's rating. See the opacity scale
How do I care for a Signatures piece?
Most pieces are hand wash recommended, dried flat and ironed on low heat, avoiding bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying.
What's the difference between the fabrics?
Each line has its own fabric: modal is lightweight and very soft, satin silk has a lustrous shine, voile is airy and breathable, and bamboo jersey is soft and cooling. Each product page describes its fabric.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
