Can I return or exchange innerwear?
Innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for the same item.
Is the apparel see-through?
Every piece here with an opacity rating is Level 5, totally opaque. See the opacity scale
How do I care for apparel?
Most pieces are hand wash, dry flat and iron on low heat if needed, with no soaking. Check each product's care guide for the rest.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
