Role Overview

As our Senior VM Executive, you'll be the driving force behind impactful store displays, seasonal campaigns, and retail experiences that delight customers. You'll collaborate closely with retail, design, and marketing teams to ensure every store reflects our brand at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal themes, launches, and campaigns.
• Optimise layouts for visibility, customer flow, and sales impact.
• Conduct audits to ensure consistency in signage, placement, and safety compliance.
• Deliver VM training and coaching to store staff.
• Provide retail insights during campaign planning and product design.
• Monitor VM trends and maintain a rolling VM plan.
• Manage VM budgets and provide utilisation reports.
• Support event setups and community activations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail VM, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in sales optimisation through VM strategies.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour.
• Experience in fashion retail (modest fashion preferred) is an added advantage.

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

As a TikTok Live Host, you will represent TudungPeople on live sessions, promote our products, highlight styling tips, and create meaningful engagement with our online audience.

As a TikTok Live Host, you'll help bring the TudungPeople experience to life by:

• Hosting live sessions on TudungPeople's TikTok account to promote products, features, and promotions.
• Preparing for live sessions, including setup, product styling, and content flow.
• Responding to viewer questions and comments in real time to maintain engagement.
• Encouraging viewers to follow, interact, and make purchases during the live session.
• Presenting products confidently and clearly while highlighting features and styling tips.
• Maintaining a consistent hosting schedule with high energy and professionalism.
• Managing live interactions smoothly and keeping the session engaging from start to end.

What we're looking for:

• Must be based on-site at TudungPeople HQ unless otherwise stated.
• 1–2 years of experience in TikTok Live hosting or similar roles is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, or public holidays as needed.
• Charismatic and confident in front of the camera.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Cheerful and positive personality with excellent communication skills.
• Good sense of fashion and styling; experience in fashion is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok Live features and mechanics such as product pinning and comment management.
• Knowledge of TudungPeople products and values, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Able to think quickly, work under pressure, and manage live interactions smoothly.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details

• Department: Marketing.
• Employment Type: Part Time.
• Location: Starparc Point, Setapak, KL.
• Pay Rate: RM25–RM30 per hour.
• Live Session Time: Between 7:00 AM–2:00 AM, based on schedule.
• Credit Hours: 60 hours per month, with up to 80 hours per month during peak season.
