Step 1: Post-consumer bottles
collected worldwide.
Step 2: Bottles are sorted
by type and colour.
Step 3: Then cleaned and crushed
into flakes.
Step 4: Pellets are created
by melting the flakes.
Step 5: Pellets are melted
and drawn to produce fibres.
Step 6: Fibres are stretched
into yarns to produce fabrics.
Step 7: The yarns can be blended
with other fibres to produce new textile.
