How do I care for a Nara square?
Hand wash is recommended; do not soak, bleach, use fabric softener or tumble dry it. Dry it flat and iron on low heat.
What is the Nara square made of?
It's made from poly voile, which may feel slightly stiff at first but softens after the first wash. It's finished with a baby seam and a metal label.

How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
