Is Inaya see-through?
No. Every Inaya piece is rated Level 5 on our opacity scale, which means totally opaque. See the opacity scale
How do I wash Inaya?
Hand wash is recommended; do not soak, bleach, use fabric softener or tumble dry. Dry it flat and iron on low heat.
What is a bullet cut?
One end of the shawl is curved and the other is straight. That gives more styling options and full coverage from the same piece.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
