Is the Cross Stitch print see-through?
No. Every piece is rated Level 4 on our opacity scale, which is almost opaque and does not need a double layer. See the opacity scale
How do I care for a Cross Stitch piece?
Hand wash is recommended. Do not soak, bleach, use fabric softener or tumble dry — dry it flat and iron on low heat.
What's the difference between the shawl and the square?
Both are cut from the same chiffon print with the same baby seam finishing. The shawl is the longer, rectangular piece; the square is the shorter, square-cut version.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes, for full-price items. You can return a piece for a refund, or exchange it for a different size or colour, once within 15 days of purchase, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags and packaging. Exchange at any TudungPeople boutique with the new size in stock, or email cs@tudungpeople.com for online orders. How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Email cs@tudungpeople.com within 15 days of purchase with your order number, and add photos if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. Boutique purchases are refunded at the boutique where you bought them. Once approved, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Full refund policy
