How is Ikatan Lite different from Ikatan?
Same Peranakan tile origin with less pattern: Lite reduces the tile to a single diagonal, so it reads quieter than the full Ikatan.
Shawl or square: which should I pick?
The shawl is a long piece you drape and pin, so it gives the most control over coverage. The square folds into a triangle (bawal), quicker to shape and easier to keep neat.
Is it see-through, and how do I care for it?
It is Level 4 on our opacity scale: almost opaque, with no double layer needed at the neck. Hand wash, and do not soak, bleach, tumble dry or use fabric softener. See the opacity scale

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
