Are Markdown pieces see-through?
Most are rated Level 5 on our opacity scale, meaning totally opaque. A piece rated Level 3 is semi see-through and needs a double layer, so check the rating on each product. See the opacity scale
How do I care for Markdown pieces?
Most pieces are hand wash recommended; do not soak, bleach, use fabric softener or tumble dry. Dry flat and iron on low heat.
What kinds of pieces are on the Markdown page?
It mixes hijabs, printed shawls and squares, sports hijabs, instants, prayerwear, kids and apparel from across our ranges. The page is reduced-price items only.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
