Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes, for full-price items. You can return a piece for a refund, or exchange it for a different size or colour, once within 15 days of purchase, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags and packaging. Exchange at any TudungPeople boutique with the new size in stock, or email cs@tudungpeople.com for online orders. How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Email cs@tudungpeople.com within 15 days of purchase with your order number, and add photos if the item is defective, damaged or wrong.
