Are these shawls see-through?
Most are Level 4, almost opaque, so no double layer is needed. A few sit at Level 3 and need a double layer, and each product page shows its level. See the opacity scale
What size are the shawls and squares?
Shawls are about 2.0m x 0.65m, and squares measure about 1.15m x 1.15m (45" x 45").
How do I wash my shawl?
Hand wash, dry flat, and iron on low heat if needed. Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry or use fabric softener.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia takes 2 to 5 working days and East Malaysia 7 to 10, through Ninja Van, J&T Express or Poslaju. Shipping rates and tracking
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
RM150 or more, including that amount, anywhere in Malaysia. Below that it is RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs explained
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Not for sizing on its own, so check the measurements on the product page first. Returns cover defective, damaged, wrong or missing items, and we pay the return shipping. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. What can be returned
