It depends on why the item is coming back.
If the item arrived defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, we cover the return shipping. We will send you a prepaid return label once your request is approved.
For any other return, including a change of mind or a cancelled order that has already shipped, return shipping is at your own cost.
Innerwear, intimates and accessories cannot be returned at all, so return shipping does not apply to them.
