Not for a change of mind. For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, intimates and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged just because you changed your mind, and they are not eligible for store credit. This includes all Najwa inners and BonBon scrunchies.
If one of these items arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for the same item. Email cs@tudungpeople.com within 15 days with your order number and photos, and we cover the return shipping.
