Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we approve your request, we process the refund within 5-7 business days.
How long it then takes to appear depends on your payment provider:
- Atome: 3-5 business days
- GrabPay: 1-3 business days
- Curlec by Razorpay: 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
If you would prefer an exchange or store credit instead, tell us when you contact us and we will arrange it. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
Please note that exchanges and store credit are not available for innerwear or accessories, or for items bought at a sale or promotional price unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
