Shipping Locations
We currently ship to both local and international destinations, except Singapore. For our Singaporean customers, please proceed to https://tudungpeoplesg.com for all orders. If you're unsure about shipping to your location, feel free to drop us a message.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays, but we'll make sure to let you know.

Standard Shipping (1-3 business days) – RM10.00
Free shipping for orders above RM150 -
International Shipping:
Rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days, but it might take longer depending on your country's customs process.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the package's recipient. These charges vary widely from country to country, and as a result, we cannot advise what the exact costs will be. TudungPeople has no control over these fees and cannot reimburse any amounts in any capacity. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on the potential charges before placing an order.
Pickup Policy
Prefer to pick up your order in person? No problem. We offer a self-pickup option at our TudungPeople HQ.

Pickup Location: TudungPeople HQ, Starparc Point.

Pickup Cut-off Time: 12 pm.

Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday: 2 pm to 4 pm, except public holidays.

Processing Time: You will receive an email "Ready for pickup" (typically within 24 hours).
- Pickup Instructions: Show your order confirmation email or a valid order ID to the pickup location. Please ensure you collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification.
Note: If you cannot pick up your order within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service team to make alternate arrangements.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to keep an eye on your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack our products with care, but if something goes wrong and your package gets lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of receiving your tracking number or package. We'll sort it out with the shipping provider and do our best to assist you.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? No problem, Just reach out to us ASAP. Once your order is shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
