Why is my item not eligible for return/exchange?

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All Najwa inners, Handsleeves, BonBon scrunchies, and TP Youth Serum are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • If your item has been purchased and received more than 30days from date of purchase, it is not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Tudungpeople reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the product is not in original condition.

Do I get a full refund for returns?

With terms and conditions applied, the final amount paid will be refunded, excluding postage.

Will my reward points be refunded as well?

We regret to inform you that reward points used will not be refunded as it has been utilized for your prior purchase.

How do I know my returned item has been received?

We will notify you as soon as we receive your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.

Can I collect or return the product at the store?

Kindly be informed that walk-in return/ pickup are available upon request. You may arrange a free pick-up at our store by emailing us at cs@tudungpeople.com

I received an incorrect refund or replacement item, what should I do?
