Your tier is reviewed against your accumulated spend over a 12-month period, counted from the date of your tier upgrade.
- White Card: your tier never expires.
- Black Card: moves down to White if you do not reach RM2,000 in that period.
- Gold Card: moves down to Black or White if you do not reach RM5,000 in that period.
- Platinum Card: moves down to Gold, Black or White if you do not reach RM10,000 in that period.
Redeeming your points does not affect your tier. Your tier is based on what you spend, not on the points you have left.
