In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping our brand’s voice across various social platforms, develop content that resonates with our audience, and drive meaningful engagement. What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, weekly product drops, and retention goals.
- Ideate, plan, shoot, and edit compelling content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including static, video, carousels, Stories, Reels, and TikToks.
- Oversee end-to-end content production including photography, videography, copywriting, and editing—ensuring all output aligns with brand tone, direction, and values.
- Write engaging captions and social copy to complement visual content.
- Plan and execute campaign shoots, including third-party collaborations and KOL content planning.
- Schedule, post, and manage all social media content across channels.
- Engage with the online community through comments, DMs.
- Post real-time coverage of seasonal/live events via Stories and posts.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategy and boost engagement.
- Handle ad-hoc content needs, urgent revisions, and event-based activations to support wider marketing efforts.
- Support, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering creativity and upskilling the team.
