EXCHANGE PERIOD | Website : 14 days after parcel is received. Store : 14 days after purchased. |
EXCHANGE VENUE | The products can only be exchange from the same store, terms and condition applied. Customer is requested to email CS team at cs@tudungpeople.com before proceed with the exchange procedure. |

Customer B bought 1 x MUNA. On the next day, she requested for an exchange. She also bought another 2 promo items.
Action 1 will not be included in the new purchase, therefore the customer is only entitled to 10% discounts, not 15% discounts. |
