  1. REWARD POINTS
    The reward points system is still on development. 
  2. RETURN FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND
    No return for items with 30-75% discounts and clearance items Terms and conditions applied.
    Only Valid for :
    • Items with combo discounts.
    • Defective items.
  3. RESERVATION / MANUAL ORDER
    Reservation or manual order will not be entertained during the SALE period.
  4. CUSTOMS TAX & IMPORT CHARGES
    All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. TUDUNGPEOPLE has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

     

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CLEARANCE
/MARKDOWN ITEMS
Strictly no exchange/ return/ refund for clearance and markdown items.
EXCHANGE PERIOD Website : 7 days after parcel is received.
Store : 7 days after purchased.
EXCHANGE VENUE The products can only be exchange from the same store, terms and condition applied.
Customer is requested to email CS team at cs@tudungpeople.com before proceed with the exchange procedure.
PROMO ITEMS
  1. Customer may request an exchange to different color and size of the same or difference collection, subjected to availability.
  2. Terms and conditions are applied for exchanges made during non-sale period.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EXAMPLE 1

ONE TO ONE EXCHANGE

  1. Customer may exchange to any available collections. If the item is change to another collection with lower value, the balance will not be refunded.
    If the exchanged item has higher value, customer will have to bear the price difference.
  2. If the exchange is made after the sale period ended, normal price is applied.

 

Customer A bought 1 x NLUXE
Normal Price : RM59.00
After disc : RM 53.10

During Sale Period

Nluxe > Nluxe : No price difference

NLuxe > Maysaa : RM53.10 – (RM48-10%)
RM9.90
*The RM 9.90 will not be refunded.

Nluxe > Hawa : (RM69 – 10%) – RM53
RM9.00
*Customer must pay the price difference.

During non-sale period (NORMAL PRICE APPLIED)

Nluxe > Nluxe : No price difference

NLuxe > Maysaa : RM53.10 – RM48
RM 5.10
*The RM 5.10 will not be refunded.

Nluxe > Hawa : RM69 – RM53
RM 15.90
*Customer must pay the price difference.

EXAMPLE 2

EXCHANGE ITEM AND NEW SALES

  1. Exchanged item(s) will not be included as new purchase.

Customer B bought 1 x MUNA. On the next day,  she requested for an exchange. She also bought another 2 promo items. 

  • Exchange 1 x MUNA > Action 1
  • Buy another 2 promo items (10% off) > Action 2

Action 1 will not be included in the new purchase, therefore the customer is only entitled to 10% discounts, not 15% discounts.

EXAMPLE 3

EXCHANGE TO MULTIPLE ITEMS

Customer A bought 1 x LE
Normal Price : RM189.00

During Sale Period

LE > Nluxe :
3 x Nluxe = 3 (RM59 - 15%) = RM150.45
*Balance of RM38.55 will not be refunded.

During non-sale period (NORMAL PRICE APPLIED)

LE > Nluxe :
4 x Nluxe = 4 (RM59) = RM236.00
*Customer must bear the price difference RM47

STORE CREDIT
  1. For online purchases, return and refund will be made in terms of store credit.
  2. Upon receiving the returning item, the store credit will be transacted into the customer’s TudungPeople account.
  3. Customer will have to bear the postage fees for both return and re-delivery.
