How do I sign up for the TP Rewards Programme?
Existing customer on tudungpeople.com & registered customer at TudungPeople Boutiques, you’ll be automatically enrolled into the TP Rewards programme. You’ll be assigned a tier - either White, Black, or Gold - and a list of benefits based on your online purchases made in the previous year.
When will my tier status be downgraded?
White Card: Your tier status will never expire.
Black Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM2500 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
Gold Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to Black card or White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM5000 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
Black Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM2500 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
Gold Card: Your tier status will be downgraded to Black card or White card tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM5000 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
How do I earn TP Reward points?
You can earn loyalty points by signing up for a TP Rewards account, engaging with us on social media, sharing your product reviews, and by successfully referring a friend to us!
You will also earn 1 point for every RM1 spent online or in-stores.
*Note: Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via Vouchers and Store Credit will not earn points as well.

When will my TP Reward points expire?
Your points will expire after a 12-month period from the date you earned it- no matter what loyalty tier you’re currently at. For example, if you earned 200 points on May 10th 2020 and 50 points on July 23rd 2020, 200 points will expire on May 10th 2021 and 50 points will expire on July 23rd 2021. So don’t forget to use them!
Can I sign up for an TP Rewards account in-store?
Yes, you can. Scan the TP Rewards QR code found in-store to create your account online. You can always approach our friendly retail staff for help! To access your loyalty benefits online, sign in or sign up for a TP Rewards account using the same email address you gave in stores.
How do I redeem my TP Reward points?
You can redeem your points during checkout online or in store.
Points redemption: 100 points = RM1
Online redemption: Your available points will be displayed at the checkout page where you can choose how many points to convert into vouchers at checkout.
In-store redemption: Our staff will assist you in redeeming available points at checkout

Will my points be included in Refunds?
Unfortunately, points redeemed cannot be refunded as it has been used accordingly.
